Record Keeping

    Records can be updated by a practitioner, or by other people in the firm provided with an admin account.

    An administrator can quickly update one or more records, assign training, flag attendance as verified and issue a certificate of attendance.

    Where an individual updates their own records they have the option to e-mail other colleagues with a link allowing them to quickly record the activity by signing on and confirming the details are correct.

    Each month the Learning Friend newsletter is e-mailed to practitioners. The e-mail contains a list of all training activity recorded, allowing the recipient to ensure all activity is recorded. It also includes a summary highlighting their progress towards meeting their objective.

    Administration

    Learned Friend is a hosted solution developed specificially for the Legal profession.

    Subscribers do not need to worry about maintaining the application, backing up records or upgrades. These tasks are the responsibility of Legal Education Pty Ltd.
